 Member lost card and reissue another new card procedure:

Solution

1) At POS, scan new member card no (newly issue), then key membership lost card fees code = RC5, then payment
2) Record the member details - Name, IC, Contact No, Old card no (if applicable) and New card no (newly issue), attach the RC5 receipt together
3) Send in the above details to Jacqueline thru ticketing system
